Photobiz supports both Slide Out and Exit Pop Up forms.
How to add the Slide-Out or Exit Pop-up forms will vary by the PhotoBiz Builder you are using and if you are adding them to the whole site or specific pages.

Start by copying the form code for the Sign up Form for you want to add.
Entire Site
Login to your builder - go to the CSS/JS area of your site
Add the code(s) under one of the following options
JS or <BODY>
